Do I need a reservation for Santa Photos?
No. Santa Photos are available on a first-come, first-served basis during Santa Photo hours.
Will Santa be available every day of the Festival?
Yes! The daily Santa schedule is: Hours:
Daily – 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM. (with two exceptions)
Monday, Nov. 23 – 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM,
Sunday, Nov. 29 – 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Are Santa Photos included with Festival admission?
Yes! Visiting the Santa Photo area is included with admission. Additional professional photography can be purchased during your visit.
Can my child visit Santa without purchasing photos?
Yes. You are welcome to visit Santa without purchasing a professional photo package.
How much time will my family have with Santa?
Depending on how busy the Santa Photo area is, each family will have approximately 3–5 minutes with Santa.
Can I take pictures with my own phone or camera?
Yes. Please feel free to take as many photos as you like. Our friendly staff will be happy to capture photos with your device, if requested.
How much do Santa Photos cost?
Photos with Santa are free, unless you choose to have photos and keepsakes done with The Magazine Photobooth. That is an additional fee. More details will be available soon.
Where do I purchase my Santa Photos?
Photo packages can be purchased at the Santa Photo area during your visit. Please see The Magazine Photobooth staff.
Can adults take a photo with Santa?
Absolutely. Santa Photos aren’t just for kids. Families, couples, friends and adults are welcome.
Can we take a group or family photo with Santa?
Yes. Families and groups are welcome to take their Santa Photo together.
Can we bring our baby to see Santa?
Yes. Babies are welcome. Parents or caregivers may be included in the photo if that makes everyone more comfortable.
What if my child is afraid of Santa or doesn’t want to sit with him?
That’s okay. Children are never required to sit on Santa’s lap. Families can stand beside Santa, have a parent join the photo or choose whatever arrangement makes their child comfortable.
Are Santa Photos accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. We want every guest to have the opportunity to visit Santa. Please let our Santa Photo team know if you need assistance or an accommodation.
What happens if the Santa Photo line is long?
Wait times will vary throughout the day. Our team will keep the line moving while still giving each family time to enjoy their visit with Santa.
Can I leave the line and come back?
No. Because Santa Photos are offered as a first-come, first-served experience, you cannot leave the and return in the same position.
Are pets allowed in Santa Photos?
No. The Gas South Convention Center does not allow pets in the conference center. Please contact Gas South for Service Animal policies.
Do I need a Festival ticket to get Santa Photos?
Yes. Santa Photos are located inside the Georgia Festival of Trees, so Festival admission is required to access the Santa Photo area.
