Thank you for donating an item to our Tree-mendous Auction! We are excited to see your beautiful creation and are beyond grateful for your generosity. It’s time to provide us with the essential information that will make it possible for us to complete the auction platform set-up and accurately describe your items for our guests. As you fill out this form, please keep in mind these essential items:
- Please use the name that you provided when you first registered to participate.
- There are two financial questions in the form, and they are very important. These numbers are for tax purposes and are extremely important. Please be as accurate as possible when you submit this form. We will confirm this number with you at checkout on decorating day to confirm they are correct.
- The cost to produce your item – how much you paid for the entire project.
- The suggested retail price of your item if you purchased it in its completed form in a store.
