How much are tickets?
General admission prices:
- Adults – $23.70 TOTAL (includes all taxes and fees)
- Children (3-12) – $19.00 TOTAL (includes all taxes and fees)
- Seniors (62+) – $19.00 TOTAL (includes all taxes and fees)
- Children 2 & Under – FREE
PLEASE NOTE: Entrance fee does not cover Sugar Cookie Decorating, The Pink Pig* and Santa’s Workshop.

Does my toddler need a ticket, too?
Good news! Children 2 and under are FREE!..and yes, strollers are welcome.
Is my ticket refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Does my ticket allow re-entry?
Yes! You’ll receive a wristband when you enter, which will allow you to come and go from the venue anytime during regular operating hours the same day.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you can’t find your ticket, don’t worry, we can look up purchases by phone number or email. Please contact Ticketmaster HERE
What if I can’t come on the day I picked?
We strongly encourage you to attend the festival on the day you have selected. If you cannot, your ticket will work as long as it has not been previously scanned at the festival.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, tickets are available at the door for $22.95. Purchasing online saves you time and money! Click HERE to purchase tickets.
Are wheelchairs or scooters available for rental?
We will have a limited number of motorized scooters available for rent inside the venue for a nominal fee on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a drop-off area in front of the Convention Center entrance, making it easy to drop off guests.
How do I get Senior Day tickets?
Seniors aged 62 and over are eligible for one free ticket on Senior Day. Tickets are available online. Get your Senior Day tickets HERE
How do I get my Physical & Developmental Disabilities Day tickets?
Individuals with special needs are eligible for one complimentary ticket plus an additional free ticket for a companion. Tickets are available online. Get your Disabilities Day tickets HERE
