- Sponsor: The Georgia Festival of Trees Designer Christmas Tree Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Georgia Festival of Trees (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia, United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and participating promotional partners, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
- Entry period: The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. and ends November 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s designated system is the official timekeeping device. Mail-in entries must meet the postmark and receipt deadlines in Section
- How to enter:
There are two methods of entry:
- Ticket purchaser entry: The first 2,000 eligible purchasers of Georgia Festival of Trees tickets through Ticketmaster during the Entry Period will automatically receive one entry. An entry is awarded to the purchaser, not to each ticket purchased. The 2,000-entry cap applies only to ticket purchaser entries, not to free mail-in entries or the total number of entries in the Giveaway.
- Free entry: To enter without purchasing a ticket, mail your name, phone number and email address, along with a statement that you are entering the Georgia Festival of Trees Designer Christmas Tree Giveaway, to: 6555 Sugarloaf Parkway, Suite 307-227, Duluth, GA 30097. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period, no later than Nov. 5, 2026, and received by Nov. 10, 2026. No ticket purchase is required, and the free entry method remains available throughout the Entry Period even if the first 2,000 ticket purchaser entries have been awarded.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method or number of tickets purchased. All eligible entries will be included in the same drawing and have an equal chance of winning. The drawing pool will include all eligible ticket purchaser entries plus all eligible free mail-in entries and may exceed 2,000 total entries. Duplicate, fraudulent or automated entries are prohibited.
- Prize One winner will receive a designer holiday tree with decorations, with an approximate retail value of $1,051.
The prize includes delivery up to 40 miles from Gas South Convention Center. If the winner is further than 40 miles away, pick up arrangements can be made at the Gas South Convention Center (6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097) on Nov. 30, 2026 or at the Georgia Festival of Trees warehouse (3966 Shirley Drive, Atlanta, GA 30336) beginning Dec. 2, 2026.
The prize is transferable but not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and any expenses not expressly included.
- Winner selection and notification Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries on or about Friday, Nov. 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone and must respond within 24 hours. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and completion of prize acceptance documents. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached or fails to meet these requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
- General conditions Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. If fraud, technical failures or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it, subject to applicable law.
- Release and platform disclosure To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability related to the Giveaway. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to Facebook or Instagram.
- Privacy Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway in accordance with https://gafestivaloftrees.org/privacy-policy/
Any optional marketing consent must be collected separately and is not required to enter or win.
